| November 1935 | Established Toyo Rubber Chemical Industrial Co., Ltd. as a 50-50 joint venture between Mitsui Co., Ltd and Nettai Sangyo Co., Ltd. in Kawagoe(Miyamoto) Plant, Saitama Pref. with capital of 350 thousand. |
